• Treatments and procedures included in the package cannot be changed
• Bookings must be made for all appointments
• 24hr cancelation notice is required or treatment is forfeited
• Offer expires if winners do not attend booked appointments
• Late arrival may reduce treatment time
• Individual results may vary for each treatment
